Who we are
A London company that happens to work in Istanbul.
London Assistance Limited is registered in England and Wales and run from Fulham. We are not a clinic and we do not sell surgery. We are the people who sit between you and the hospital — checking the credentials, negotiating the price, arranging the travel and staying on the phone until you are healed.
Everything we arrange is with partners we have visited, in hospitals we would send our own families to. Your contract is with a UK company under UK law, and your coordinator is a phone call away in your own time zone.

The transplanted hairs shed. The follicles beneath them are alive and dormant. We warn you before you fly, because the people who panic are the ones nobody warned.

It starts, unevenly.
Fine hairs push through in no particular order. Patchy at four months tells you nothing about full at twelve.
Month 7
You stop checking the mirror.
Around half the final density, and the first month where other people notice before you mention it.
Month 10
It becomes yours.
Shafts thicken and darken to your native calibre. It stops being a procedure you had and starts being hair you have.
Month 12
This is where we take the photograph.
Not at day one, not at month three. The earliest honest picture of a hair transplant is a year old.
Twelve months is the price nobody puts on the price list.
Every clinic will tell you what the surgery costs. Almost none will tell you that the result is a year away, that month one looks like failure, or that the photograph they showed you was taken at week two. We would rather you knew all of that before you paid us anything.

The price cannot move
Once your written quote is signed, the figure is final. If the clinic asks for anything extra on the day, we pay it, not you.
You meet the surgeon before you consent
A video consultation with the consultant who will actually operate — not a salesperson, not an assistant — before any deposit is taken.
Deposit refundable for 14 days
Change your mind within fourteen days of paying your deposit and we refund it in full, no reason required.
A named person, reachable
You get your coordinator's direct number. If they do not answer within four working hours, escalate to the director — the address is on the contract.
Complications covered
If a revision is clinically indicated within the agreed window, the partner clinic performs it at no surgical cost and we arrange the return trip.
Your record comes home with you
A full written record in English — technique, graft counts or materials, batch numbers, medication — to hand to your GP or dentist.
The people who treat you
You will know their name before you fly.
We name the consultant who will perform your procedure at the quote stage, and you speak to them on video before any deposit is taken. No anonymous “team of experts”, no swapping the surgeon on the day.

It can be excellent and it can be dangerous — the variable is the hospital and the surgeon, not the country. Istanbul has internationally accredited hospitals performing very high volumes of hair and dental work, and it also has unlicensed operations selling £1,000 packages. Our entire job is standing between you and the second kind: we use accredited facilities, we name the operating consultant, and we can show you their registration.
Clinic rent, staff salaries, laboratory costs and insurance premiums in Istanbul are a fraction of London's, and case volumes are far higher, which lowers the cost per procedure. The implants, the grafts and the porcelain are the same internationally certified brands. You are not buying a cheaper product — you are buying it in a cheaper economy.
Surgeon and hospital fees, your hotel with breakfast, every airport and clinic transfer, an interpreter at every appointment, post-operative medication and your aftercare kit, and twelve months of remote follow-up. Flights are the only significant thing you book yourself, and we tell you which ones to take.
You contact your coordinator, not a foreign call centre. Your surgeon reviews photographs and advises. If a revision is clinically indicated within the agreed window, the partner clinic performs it at no surgical cost and we arrange the return trip. If you need to be seen urgently in the UK, we give you a written record in English to hand straight to a GP or dentist.
Hair transplant: three nights is typical — arrival, procedure day, first wash and review. Dental implants: usually two trips, three to four days for placement and a second visit for the permanent restoration after healing. Veneers and crowns: five to seven days in one trip. Your plan states the exact schedule before you book anything.
No, and yes. Your coordinator is English-speaking and either they or an interpreter attends every clinical appointment with you. Consent forms and your treatment record are provided in English.
A deposit secures your dates and the balance is due at the clinic before treatment. The deposit is fully refundable for fourteen days, no reason needed. Your contract is with a company registered in England and Wales, so you have UK legal recourse — which is not the case when you pay a foreign clinic directly.
That is the point of choosing the surgeon carefully. A well-designed hairline is irregular, age-appropriate and slightly asymmetric, and good veneers match the shape of your face rather than a template. If a clinic offers you a hairline that starts where it did at nineteen, or teeth two shades brighter than a bathroom sink, walk away.
